The Oklahoma Literacy Association publishes TheOklahoma Reader twice a year. The journal is open for public access to allow us to share the latest best practices in literacy from Oklahoma and the nation.
TheOklahoma Reader invites teachers, graduate students, college and university instructors, and other reading professionals to submit original articles related to all areas of reading and literacy education. The editorial board encourages articles about classroom practice and current issues related to literacy education. The Oklahoma Reader also publishes research syntheses and reviews, original research, and the reviews of professional materials related to literacy instruction.
